My experience building a business from zero to $20MM based on Culture and Core Values has assisted me in coaching both startups and established businesses in areas such as strategic planning, sales and marketing, finance/obtaining capital, hiring/retention, legal and succession and exiting a business successfully. As a serial entrepreneur i've experienced great successes and many failures. I can help you learn from 'my' mistakes as well as the mistakes I see so often made by entrepreneurs and business professionals. Over the last 28 years I have worked with thousands of businesses across a variety of industries from cosmetics/personal care to industrial manufacturing, tech, food and beverage. I used SCORE, CMTC and others in the past and would not have been as successful without that support. I am in a unique position to 'give back' to other business owners and would like to help others.
