SCORE Federal Contracting - Capture and Execution Workshop

This workshop seeks to assist individuals in learning how to respond to a federal request for proposal (RFP).  The course addresses all aspects of the proposal development lifecycle to include: pre-proposal actions, RFP dissection, compliance, proper response and management activities, and proposal reviews.  Best practices and techniques for proposal development will be presented. This is not a proposal writing course. It is recommended that you take the Federal Contracting – Capture and Execution workshop prior to this workshop.

This workshop is presented by Martin Hicks, VP for Business Development at Washington, DC-based Global Services.  Martin is an experienced federal proposal development leader and procurement expert who has written and managed over 400 federal proposal responses while maintaining a 77% win rate - value of proposal wins have ranged from $100,000 to $6 billion. He has extensive experience providing proposal management and leadership services to a myriad of companies and non-profits, as well as providing Request for Proposal (RFP) development consulting to federal agencies. Martin is a strategic government procurement consultant for the federal contracting community.
