How I Can Help You

With my involvement in the Food Industry and volunteer experience in a commercial kitchen I have been able to help several SCORE clients in Food truck and other mobile Food businesses. My strengths are in project management, business analysis and process improvement, especially related to Information Technology (IT). My professional life began in the Food Industry where I was in Research Development, and then moved into over 30 years in IT, focused on Software Development and Implementation. I have experience locally and globally overseeing software projects and staff in the consumer goods and healthcare industries. Some areas I've been in involved in include website design; staff re-organization and development; standardizing and developing best work practices; and reorganizing struggling projects.
