As a former technology executive in the fast paced world of IT products and services, I have been involved in strategy development, business process optimization, product development, sales development and execution for both product and complex services, and people development. I have also been involved in the non profit area where I have served on Executive Advisory Boards and have chaired the Development Activity. I have had experiences that range from creating a start-up within a larger company to setting the course on new global processes which have transformed organizations. My skills in people development, strategy setting and process optimization should be helpful to prospective SCORE clients.
