I can help you spend more time focusing on your business enterprise and the results you want to achieve by providing guidance and support in the area of human resources, performance management, and employee relations. I can assist you with selection and recruitment, performance improvement and team building, employment law navigation, coaching and conflict management and leadership training and development. Other areas I may assist with include safety management, diversity and inclusiveness, talent management and learning/job training strategies.
I have worked in a variety of business environments including healthcare, construction, distribution, retail, and multimedia. Serving on a non-profit board as both a committee member and the chair has given me insight and experience in the running of non-profit entities as well. I use a consultative and partnership approach when working with business leaders, keeping both the business and human elements connected with success as my focus.
