How I Can Help You

I can help you improve individual and business performance to meet business objectives. In business and as the SCORE Business Advisory Board Chairperson, I form, participate in, and direct a team of experts that do an assessment of the business, make recommendations based on the assessment, and coach the business leaders in the prioritization and implementation of the recommendations, resulting in improved individual and business performance. I founded and lead the SCORE Community Strategic Alliance (SCSA) in our efforts to reach out, collaborate and partner with Black, Hispanic, and underserved Kansas City Metro busines communities, owners and entrepreneurs with business education and mentoring. I am also the SCORE Kansas City Membership and Volunteer Development Chairperson. Im a SCORE Certified Mentor, consultant and coach in all things related to Business, Human Resources and Organizational Design and Development.
