From starting and running a small business for the past two years, I have a little bit of experience in a lot of different aspects of small business life. Sería un placer hablar con usted en su lanague preferida After graduating from the University of Missouri, I have spent roughly half of the past five years in the country of Panama working with a small farmers copperative to help run the towns main supermarket, hardware store, and home goods store. From 2016 to 2018, I worked with the manager and the employees on management and techology trainings. I advocated for and onversaw the installation of a Point of Sale system from a vendor in Spain. I also worked with the Board of Directors on cooperative member engagement and long term planning. After returning to the Kansas City area in 2018, I started Ohm Commerce with my business partner Mitchell Morse. We are an ecommerce company focused on selling on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart primarly in the outdoor grill and patio space. Together, we developed our business plan, obtained funding and suppliers, and learned all the necessary skills to create a viable company. I currently manage employees, warehouse, supplier relationships, and our overall growth strategy.
