This class focuses on the practical foundations of “training” AI tools by sharing the right kind of context rather than technical coding or advanced setup. Participants will explore how basic brand information, business details, tone preferences, and goals influence the quality of AI-generated responses. We’ll look at simple ways to communicate your business identity, audience, and expectations so AI tools can support writing, marketing, planning, and problem-solving more effectively. This session is designed to help business owners and professionals move beyond generic outputs and toward responses that feel more aligned and useful, without requiring technical expertise. The emphasis is on clarity, intention, and thoughtful input so AI becomes a smarter, more supportive tool in your day-to-day work.
Faculty: Kim Beer. Kim is a multi-talented Growth Facilitator, national speaker and advocate for small business. She is cohost of the popular podcast “The Business Animal” and the author of “The Little Book of Big Sales Moves.” Kim’s seminars and workshops on entrepreneurial strategy, marketing, and personal development are honest, enlightening and packed with great action steps and technical instruction garnered from over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. She offers experiential opportunities for personal development and growth through her Synchronicity Sessions. Kim is also an award-winning writer, graphic designer and photographer. She holds a certification as an Equine Gestaltist from Touched by a Horse and is a certified Hypnotist through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.
