SCORE clients tell us figuring out how to fund their business is their most pressing question, so we created Acce$$ to Money to bring many answers into a single event.
Join SCORE and 20+ Top Financial Professionals to learn how to fund your start-up or existing business and non-profit. Banks, Microlenders, Angel Investors, Professional Fundraisers and Entrepreneur Support Organizations will share their expertise.
Visit exhibit tables from our speakers to collect information and make personal connections.
Opening Keynote Speaker Matt Condon will share his journey as a serial entrepreneur, founding his first business in 2003. Arc Physical Therapy+ went on to be named Mr. Kauffman Small Business of the Year, Champion of Business and one of the “Best Places to Work.” In 2014 he founded Bardovan Health Innovations. He served as chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is currently a Trustee of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation.
Following a panel discussion giving an overview of available funding options, two tracks will be offered. Track A will include start-ups in profit, nonprofit and social enterprise categories and Track B will focus on established businesses. Funding experts will provide more detail on relevant options, followed by a hands-on exercise to help prepare attendees to meet their business’ financial needs.
