As a sales director, marketing and consumer behavior analyst and professor, I have helped hundreds of businesses exceed their growth and sales goals. I have done this in many business categories such as retail, home improvement and maintenance, personal services, professional services, and restaurants. I have worked for advertising agencies and broadcast companies (TV, Radio, Web) interacting with clients in helping them effectively understand their customers, attract new customers, test and evaluate new product offerings and grow their business. In addition to my professional career I have taught Marketing, Advertising and Communication courses at the University of North Florida and Flagler College. I also volunteer with the St. Augustine Council on Aging delivering meals and supporting their Integrated Memory Enhancement Program.
