I am eager to share my experience with small business owners including those who are considering becoming a small business owner. Having been involved with several start up businesses as well as large public companies, I have a prospective of the full spectrum of organization sizes. I was also recruited by two companies to help fix operating and financial problems that these medium size organizations were experiencing. Both got back on track. I understand that developing a winning business strategy is essential to success over the long run. I want to help Clients achieve their success!
