As a senior executive, I have worked closely with some of the premier business consulting firms in the world (PwC, McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group, etc.) to analyze business performance, develop business strategies, and identify opportunities to improve business performance and grow both top line sales and bottom line profits.
