I am passionate about helping clients achieve their entrepreneurial goals..
Having managed 3 successful business startups during my 40+years as an entrepreneur, and possessing both a strong financial background and strong time management skills, I understand what it takes to build a vibrant business. I also possess a comprehensive understanding of commercial and investment real estate, including SBA 504 and 7a loan programs.
Therefore, I offer a relatively broad base of experience and expertise in a variety of business sectors, (especially when working with clients requiring physical (brick-and-mortar) locations.
My goal is to listen intently to my clients’ dreams, help guide them when they desire and offer the support and encouragement they need to effectively navigate their business planning, financial projection and initial operational processes. Additionally, I'm there to assist them with assessing whether their overall business concepts and preparations are solid, or if changes in direction or scope might enhance their levels of success.
