Dandelion Cafe, Sarah Lieberman
Sarah dreamed of owning her own cafe for a long time and met Jerry Hoffman when she thought she had found a location. Jerry didn't like the location and asked her to continue the search. She then found a location in a busy Bellaire Triangle next to Bernie's Burger, a high-traffic area surrounded by office buildings. Jerry brought in Raj Mashruwala to look over the business plan and the financials. We also introduced her to Bayou Microfund, Iberia Bank, and Allegiantgiant Bank to finance her startup.
Sarah wants her restaurant to be an oasis for locals to hang out and relax and enjoy specialty coffees, craft beer, and wine and handmade sandwiches and pastries. Her coffee and all products are locally sourced and her staff is trained to provide excellent, friendly service.
