I can advise clients on the business buying and selling process. I have Master of Business Administration and B. S. in Electrical Engineering degrees. I held middle management positions in the Information Technology division of a large corporation for 32 years. Also, as an experienced business broker, I have helped people buy or sell small to mid-sized companies in Texas. I have assisted numerous SCORE clients prepare their small businesses to be sold in the business for sale marketplace, assess their ability to buy businesses that are available for purchase, and assist with the due diligence and closing processes.
