I specialize in finance, marketing, business development and general management. I have assisted companies in rationalizing their asset base, and participated in asset and company acquisitions and divestitures to support strategic growth plans. This background is very important in working with clients who want to buy or sell a small business. Having founded three non-public start-ups, primarily in the energy and Oil Gas sectors, I am personally familiar with starting up and running a small business, what it takes to grow a business and the hurdles that a young company has to deal with after the start-up phase. In addition, I was CEO and EVP of two public companies so I have been exposed to a number of management best practices.
