Whole Latte Love Cafe set to open, enhance and empower those with disabilities

Caroline Humbert didn't hide her enthusiasm.

As familiar faces approached, she was out the door happily greeting friends and showing them into Whole Latte Love Cafe.

Caroline looks forward to working in the cafe, serving coffee, other drinks and food. She also works with horses at Pegasus Farm, but the shop will be different.

Whole Latte Love Cafe: Shop offers opportunity to people with disabilities.

She's excited about the opportunity.

Caroline is a driving force behind Whole Latte Love Cafe. Beth Humbert, founder and CEO of the nonprofit, and her husband, Scott, were inspired by Caroline, their youngest daughter, who has autism.
