I have a diverse background in a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, casino/government operations, manufacturing, and franchising. My passion is human resources. I have over 25 years of executive HR experience across every sector - nonprofit, commercial, tribal, and government. I am also an entrepreneur with experience both starting up and shutting down a small family business. I am a SCORE mentor because I truly believe in mentoring: the power of us. I believe the experience and insight I've gained will be helpful to others in achieving small business success.
