I am a retired entrepreneur with 40+ years of business experience. Most recently (the past 25 years), I created and profitably operated a company that designs, engineers, integrates and supports commercial audio/video technologies in government and corporate environments. I have experience in and can assist clients with: strategic planning; creating a business plan (for new and existing businesses); financial planning (budgets, forecast, etc.); leadership and management; customer service/relations; RFP management (gov't and commercial) and overall business operations (contract negotiation, process improvement, project management, etc.).
