Through our mentorship relationship I will work in assisting my clients gain confidence and a better understanding of their operational needs. I've assisted professionals, ranging from C-suite executives, solo-practitioners, startup entrepreneurs as well as business unit employees understand how to scale and work within their current resources with a mind of expansion into new ventures. My goal is to assist clients in assessing and understanding elusive pain-points they may be facing while keeping them accountable and aligned to set goals. By working together we will develop and implement steps, using if needed, resources currently in possession to meet or develop solid business operations that can scale while managing the importance of balance between professional and personal growth and development.
