A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with 32 successful years owning my restaurants. Starting in 1990 with $250 to start my first Café, it lasted 9 years before I sold it and its still there today. My last restaurants I have had for the last 22 years, (2 locations & the real estate for 1) were sold in 2021 and I am now what you call retired! I was responsible for producing higher than industry standard bottom line profit and can help you do the same.
