I have worked in large businesses as a cost analyst, contract manager and negotiator. Have managed government contracts as well as commercial contracts. Familiar with the bid process for City and State and Federal contracting. Have taken a small retail business from near bankruptcy to nearly $5 million dollars in sales. Grew my small business from one store to three. Worked through the problems of moving a business from start up to maturity. Strong background in business trend forecasts, budgets and operational plans. Have moved the location of two stores during my tenure and very familiar with lease negotiation and CAM charges. Added a computer system in my stores with point of sale, automatic ordering and perpetual inventory. Worked as both a Residential and Commercial Realtor. Established an LLC that purchased condos, remodeled and then leased them
