I can help you evaluate current financing options – traditional bank financing, asset-based financing and cashflow financing; perform financial planning & analysis of the business including preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts; help better understand financial statements and reports; institute operating controls and inventory controls; help evaluate buy/sell opportunities; evaluate equipment and building purchases; plus provide help with restructuring and workout situations. I can advise on building a "key-people" support team for the business including key people such as accountants, bankers, attorneys, and insurance agent to name a few. I can also be a sounding board and trust advisor as your business grows.
