Bill Morgan was a Partner for more than 20 years in a Tulsa, Oklahoma Law firm where he specialized in securities law, corporate transactions, non-profits and healthcare regulation. Following his law firm partnership, he served, for more than ten years, as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a large non-profit healthcare system headquartered in Tulsa and was President of its principal for-profit subsidiary.

Mr. Morgan was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law for fifteen years where he taught Securities Regulation. He has been listed in Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in American Education and The Best Lawyers in America. Having been born and raised in New Jersey; he is a U.S. Army Officer having served in Vietnam receiving, among other medals, the Bronze Star.

He currently serves on several non-profit and for-profit corporate Boards, including having served on the Board of a New York Stock Exchange-listed company for more than 30 years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Dispute Resolution Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Mr. Morgan, a SCORE volunteer certified mentor, is available every weekday currently via ZOOM video conferencing. He co-mentors with other SCORE Mentors providing clients with a comprehensive and compatible set of skills and disciplines. He also is a past Chairman of the SCORE Greater Phoenix Chapter.
