How It Works
- The Strategic Team: Join a dedicated group of approximately 10 small business leaders from non-competing industries. This ensures a diversity of thought and experience without any conflict of interest.
- The Monthly Session: Once a month, engage in a focused 1.5-hour session designed to tackle your most pressing business hurdles using a proven, results-driven process.
The Expert Mentorship: Each forum is facilitated by two SCORE Meeting Leaders who become integral members of your group. These mentors are retired Fortune 500 executives and seasoned entrepreneurs who have launched, bought, and sold businesses themselves.
Our program empowers you to lead with confidence, make smarter decisions, and drive measurable growth for your small business. Through our collaborative environment, you will gain:

To ensure high-level, peer-to-peer collaboration, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Direct Leadership: You hold full operational responsibility for the business (e.g., Owner, CEO, President).
- Proven Tenure: Your company has been in business for at least two years.
- Employee Growth: You employ at least one non-family member.
- Strict Confidentiality: To foster open dialogue, groups never include competitors, and all members sign a confidentiality agreement.
Program Cost: There is no charge for small business owners to join or participate in this program.
