The Business Owners Forum program includes the monthly, 1.5-hour problem-solving and discussion meeting which is facilitated by two SCORE meeting leaders. Each forum is an opportunity for the group to work through their specific business issues using a proven process.

U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
Beneficial Owners – Required Reporting
Starting in 2024 newly formed, corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships, and other entities that file formation papers with a state’s Secretary of State’s office (or similar government agency) must file a report with the U.S. Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) providing specified information regarding the entity’s “beneficial owners.”
Employee Retention Credit – Voluntary Disclosure Program
If you claimed and received the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), but you are ineligible and need to repay the ERC, this page will help you figure out if you can apply for the Employee Retention Credit Voluntary Disclosure Program (ERC-VDP) and how to do that.

The Arizona and Utah district was recognized again for its high performance. The 2021 Outstanding District Leadership Award is given to one district in each of the eight regions across the country. Of the seven districts in the Western region, Arizona and Utah were selected as the Outstanding District Leadership.
