How I Can Help You

I can help an individual form a nonprofit saving thousands of dollars. I can provide personal coaching to Executive Directors. I can help in all areas of nonprofit operations including nonprofit business plans, strategic plans, board development, fund raising, recruiting of board members. I have 30+ years of experience working with nonprofits. I have served as President of Boards, Vice President of Boards, Chairman of various committees, and raised money. I am currently coaching two Executive Directors to improve their performance. I have helped several nonprofits return to financial stability and growth as well as helped with many other challenges particular to the nonprofit world. While my career was in banking for 30 years my real interest is in serving the nonprofit community. My first experience with nonprofits was when I was asked to serve on a board of a nonprofit that was having their funding taken away by United Way because of poor performance. The new Executive Director, just out of college, and I restored the nonprofit to financial stability and provided services to other areas of the city. This experience provided me with the knowledge of the challenges that a nonprofit and an Executive Director face on a day to day basis. Ways I can help: How to start a nonprofit including legal compliance.
