I can help improve business performance in operations, customer service and marketing. Using the experience gained in both the retail industry and the commerciall real estate industry I have provided guidance and developmental training to entry level employees and seasoned staff members. As a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), I have also worked with individual entrepreneurs to help develop their business, negotiate lease terms and assist with marketing. I have also served on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations - Regional Tourism Network, Northern Kentucky Convention Visitors Bureau and Southbank Partners.
