Hello, My areas of expertise is starting, growing a business or assisting individuals maximize their career. Specifically, I have a lot of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Recruiting, Financial Management, Leadership and Operational Efficiency within the Information Technology Services, Consumer Goods and Construction companies. I have over 35 years of experience in Business. I worked in the Consumer Goods Industry for 17 years (Kraft Foods and a Food Broker), owned my company (ARHD, IT Services) for 15 years and have been doing Business Consulting since 2016. My goals are to help others achieve their professional objectives as a Coach, Mentor and sounding board. I've helped many figure out what they want and assist in developing a plan for achievement. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about playing and watching sports. I love being part of winning teams.
