Slides from the course, "Concepts of Project Management," by Joseph Knick, a mentor at SCORE. Objectives of the course:

• Introduce Project Management concepts to general contractors, small building companies, small construction contractors, and individuals wishing to start similar businesses.
• Provide a basic understanding of project management terms used in contracts for the government project management environment.
• This workshop focuses on six key processes versus the 47 processes, 5 process groups, and 10 knowledge areas in the Project Management Institute (PMI) course material. It is not directly targeted for the audience planning to study for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
