Advising, assisting and guiding Clients in the pursuit and success of their goals is of utmost importance in my role as a Mentor. In order to ensure this success, I can offer almost 50 years of experience – first working as an employee, second working with others in different business environments, and third becoming a business owner myself. Working as an employee helped me understand what my bosses expected of me, my attitude toward the different requests and how to improve what I provided in the work environment. Working with others helped to create an environment of agreement of the goal and bringing the goal to fruition with everyone having a sense of their contribution to this success. Working as an employer/business owner was assisted by the two previous experiences. When you are a business owner, it is great to bring your leadership skills by helping others to feel a sense of encouragement in being part of a team and enjoying the fruits of your labor.
