Erica has extensive experience working with small businesses in various industries, both private and publicly held corporations. After graduating in 2022 with her MBA, she quickly leveraged her education and leadership, becoming involved in helping local businesses and non-profit organizations. As an active member of her community, she is committed to developing diverse and inclusive partnerships, mentoring, and working with business entrepreneurs and professionals, with an emphasis on women and minority-led businesses. Erica advises small business owners on various topics of business operations and currently serves as an advisor to the SCORE Grand Strand Chapter.
