My skills apply in small operations where my clients must be a "Jack of all trades" and in operations moving to the next level where they must implement business systems and process controls and expand their markets. As Operations Manager at two small manufacturing and development companies, I have been involved in all aspects of product design, manufacture, facilities launch and market scale up. I have extensive experience in manufacturing operations, and design for manufacture, in companies from two to fifty employees and corporate experience in engineering management and program management.
