We can create a more equitable society, one organization at a time and one community at a time. The work starts with one person at a time. Laetitia Mizero Hellerud will lead a series of reflections to help lay the foundations for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work.  

The participants will leave the session with better clarity on their own roles and responsibility in this complex process. Presented by Laetitia Mizero Hellerud, Executive Director of Jeremiah Program, Fargo-Moorhead. She is also an Intercultural Consultant, Bush Fellow, and author.
