Rhombus Guys

Started as a smoothie stand in 2000 and a pizza place in 2002. Opened a pizza place in Grand Forks in 2007. Started a pizza place in Fargo in 2011 and a brewery in Grand Forks in 2015. Was easier in the beginning.

Toasted Frog

The business started in 2006 in Grand Forks. Because of the success that was found in the first location, the owners expanded the business into two additional locations in Bismarck (2010) and Fargo (2014). In each case, they are located in historic downtown areas because of a perceived good fit. It was reported that their business plan was 10-fold better than when they walked in the door to Grand Forks SCORE.
