As an academic with over 25 years of teaching business and management at the graduate and undergraduate levels, I provide the theoretical approach. As someone who has been a business manager, advisor, and entrepreneur, I know the details and tweaks that are necessary to properly apply the theoretical.
I enjoy working on business planning both for startups and continuing businesses. I use tools such as financial analysis, cash flow projection, breakeven analysis, and capital budgeting to assist business decision-making for all stages and sizes of business.
