Retired in 2015 after 37 years in the Energy and Oil gas Industry. I began as an Engineer, and later acquired an MBA from the University of Chicago. My career has a record of creating, growing and leading high performing global teams. At several points in my career, I was selected to lead a “first of a kind” group. This required selection of a management team, and leading the development of all processes and procedure necessary to operate the business. This included close cooperation with all functional business groups. Excellent record of identifying and developing global talent.
