I have 30+ years experience in the enterprise software industry.. I primarily focused on start up and early stage ventures where it was critical to build strong value propositions for customers and propects. It was also mandatory to adapt to our markets as we evolved. In addition it was important to fully understand who our prospects were (and were not) so we could utilize scare resources most effectively. My responsibilities included sales, marketing and general management.
