Over a 30 year period I have started, built and sold various businesses with the past 20 years concentrated in the franchise sector. I have owned and operated franchise buisnesses as a franchisee, Area Developer and working with Franchisors to build National Development Teams. The industries of these businesses have ranged from Fast Casual restaurants, Full Service restaurants, spas, construction materials and buiding of speculative homes. My approach to business is pragmatic and analytical; while understanding the risks and determination it takes to become an entreprenuer. I am well versed in retail real estate, negotiating leases, design and construction of retail spaces, start-up structures, finance, operations and managing businesses up to 100 employees. I am here as a resource and sounding board to help entrepreuners.
