I help with business performance in operations, teams, and business development and strategy. As a trade business owner since 1999, an auto industry writer and speaker/coach I've helped small business owners and association members across the country with performance and operations. This includes efficiency, managing a team, marketing, and sales strategy. In my coaching/speaking business, I serve small business owners, trade associations, and local service-based business owners, with management and operations assistance and business strategy for a profitable, sustainable, and enjoyable business. In addition to my business activities, I'm a member of the Greater Norwalk Chamber Small Business Council, board member of Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association, a member of Women in Auto Care, and a supporter of CT. Make A Wish. I find the last seven years of career night presentations to local eighth-graders and their parents rewarding.
