I am an accredited business appraiser (ASA), certified business appraiser (CBA), and financial advisor specializing in serving non-profit and private for-profit business owners, corporate executives, and investors, and their legal, tax, audit, and transaction advisors. My professional skills support mergers and acquisitions, business formations and dissolutions, capital raising and restructuring, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, equity compensation, buy/sell matters, succession and exit planning. My clients typically range from start-up, pre-revenue closely-held companies to established companies with $5 million to $250 million in annual revenue. Prior corporate experience includes a career with Reed Elsevier’s B2B and B2C exhibition and publishing division, where I led international sales and marketing to Europe and Asia as well as acquisitions and new product development in the U.S. and Canada.
