About the event

This event is hybrid.

When you're starting a new business, it's easy to overlook important details that will have a big impact on your future success. In this fast-paced workshop, Belinda Sandor will discuss the common mistakes that are often overlooked and offer suggestions to get your business off on the right foot.

Here's what will be covered:

  • How to talk about your work in a way that people will understand what you do and refer you to others
  • What role does social media play
  • How to establish yourself as an expert in your field
  • Why small details, like your business card, your headshot, and your email address matter
  • And more...

This workshop will be virtually via Zoom and in-person at the KNOWN Coworking facility in New Haven.

In-person attendees are invited to come for the day for free coworking and attend a happy hour networking event after the workshop from 3 – 5 p.m.

RSVP’s to Known are required for the free coworking.
