About the event

A virtual assistant provides administrative, technical or creative assistance to clients. He or she works “virtually” (usually from home), providing these types of services to a range of clients. If you want more job flexibility, variety and a chance to help lots of people every day, becoming a virtual assistant may be for you.

In this fast-paced, 60-minute session, long-time virtual assistant and virtual assistant trainer, Belinda Sandor will talk about what’s involved and the steps necessary to work with or become a Virtual Assistant. We will cover:

  • How can I get started?
  • Where do I get clients as virtual assistant or hire a virtual assistant?
  • How much can I earn as a VA or how much can I expect to pay for a VA?
  • What training is required?
  • What is the best way to delegate work?
  • Do VAs work part-time and more …
