About the event

It is now time to think about filing your 2021 taxes. Changes made in 2021, on top of the 2020 changes, will require some additional diligence when filing 2021 federal and state taxes. Bryan will review the major tax items that will impact some taxpayers and provide the latest perspective on tax related items still pending in Congress.

The following will be covered:

  • Tax considerations and changes for 2021 for small businesses and individuals
  • State tax implications for 2021
  • Where do we stand on potential changes to the tax code

Presenter: Bryan Pennington

Bryan D. Pennington, is a Director of Audit & Accounting at Venman & Co, LLC. Mr. Pennington has over 13 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in providing financial statement and tax services to privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut and California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from San Diego State University.
