John Shapiro is Director of Product Management, Payments for Intuit’s Small Business Group. His team is responsible for enabling small businesses to quickly and easily get paid by their customers. Previously, he led the Core Workflow and First Time Use teams on QuickBooks Online. John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
