About the event

Presenter: Diane Winston

Diane Winston is a business strategist with over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience. She established her management consulting firm, Winston Strategic Partners, to provide communication strategies to organizations facing change.

Before establishing the firm, Diane spent 20 years in executive positions with Citibank and AXA Equitable.

She is also a volunteer with SCORE Fairfield County and frequent workshop speaker.

Presenter: Joe McCaffrey

Joe McCaffrey is a Business Advisor with Community Investment Corporation, which is a not-for-profit, economic development lender, licensed by the Small Business Administration to administer their lending programs.

Joe is also a certified business mentor and subject matter expert in commercial real estate and small business financing with Fairfield County SCORE.
