If you don’t provide upgraded experiences or products for your clients, then you should think about how to.  If you already do, then perhaps you need to do an audit of your current upgrade process.  In this workshop we will dive into how to provide a 5 – star experience so you can get that upgrade.

Presenter and SCORE Mentor John Stewart is a Multi-Business Owner.  He has owned businesses since 2007.  He currently has 27 team members in his companies.  His companies teach martial arts and run after school programs. He has a tremendous amount of experience in growing a team, hiring, firing, promoting and most importantly company culture.  Most importantly he is the biggest student he knows.  He started mentoring with SCORE in June 2020.  He has received a lot of help in his life from great mentors, and he wanted to give back by helping other small business owners and future owners learn how to start and grow a business.
