How Are The Sessions Conducted?

There will be two 2-hour sessions. Session 1 is December 2 from 4:00 - 6:00p.m. and Session 2 is December 16 from 4:00 - 6:00p.m. Registration starts at 3:30p.m. and goes until 4:00p.m. The registration fee for both is $25.00 or $15.00 for any individual session. This seminar will be held at the Bordini Center FVTC Appleton, WI. Room 188. These seminars may be take together or individually. Session 1 will focus on the difference between cash flow and profit and understanding the meaning of various business ratios. Session 2 will show you how to manage your relationship with your banker and explain the loan request process. Each session will be conducted by a 35-year experienced loan and banking veteran. You will be given breakout periods to practice the presented material in a practice case.

What Will You Gain By Attending?

A "how to" understanding of managing income statements and balance sheets. The definition and uses of: current ratio, quick ratio, leverage ratio, debt service coverage and turnover ratios. The bank loan request process and why they are accepted or denied. How to develop and manage a positive relationship with your loan officer.

Who Is The Seminar Leader?

Tony Busch, founder of Priora (R) Cash Flow Management, LLC. Tony's career spans more than 35 years in business banking. His positions included bank president, and senior management of several banks and a 500 million dollar credit union.
