How I Can Help You

I can help you improve your business performance in Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, Not for Profit, or Small Business. As a business owner/manager and a consultant, I have broad experience in Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies and Tactics, Business Accounting, managing Not for Profits, and creating and running small businesses. I have worked for very large corporations and very small companies in my career. From my starting point as a rubber molder to tool and die to being a General Manager of a multi-plant operation, my experience is practical and grounded in making things work better. I currently own my consultancy, partner with my wife in a for profit business, sit as President of a "C Corp" in Texas, and sit as President of a 501c3 not for profit, incorporated association. I moved to El Paso in 1984, learned Spanish and worked in the Maquilas for fourteen years. I went out on my own as a consultant and I am still working at it. Along the way, I have started several small businesses and three not for profits. I am still very active with three professional societies - APICS,(the Association for Operations Management), the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME). I will be presenting workshops at the International Conference of APICS in September in Washington, DC and at the AME International Conference in Dallas in October. I work with El Paso Community College and with UTEP.
