Overview:
Every successful business start-up or key initiative needs an actionable plan. A dynamic business plan provides an opportunity to outline the goals, strategies, and financial projections of an enterprise before you jump in. In this workshop you will learn the key requirements of writing a compelling plan that will help transform great ideas into a well-thought-out written roadmap.
The presenters will discuss and illustrate:
- Why you need to write a business plan.
- Initial steps that lead to success.
- What you’ll need to focus on and why.
- How to evaluate your key strengths and challenges and incorporate them into your overall plan.
- Fundamental areas that need to be covered in the plan and how they should be presented, including:
- An executive summary
- Operational requirements
- Marketing and sales plans
- Financial goals
- Also included will be supporting materials you can quickly and easily use.
